TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Offer

Must book in by September 30 with filming commencing before 31 March, 2021.

Ownership

Upon delivery and full payment enables full copyright of the final edited videos and any scripts written by Scarlett Media to the business owner for online use only in perpetuity. These videos are not permitted to be reedited for further marketing without consent from Scarlett Media. Raw footage remain the copyright of Scarlett Media. Additional fees occur for TV and Cinema Advertising distribution or ownership of raw footage.

Not included:

High Risk Insurance, Catering, Talent, Make Up, Wardrobe, Props, Costume, Extra Crew, Specialised Equipment.

Filming

All footage will be filmed at broadcast quality 4K. 

Payment

30% Deposit upon agreement

5 Monthly Payments

Customer to authorise the use of credit card for social media spend

Delivery

Providing that: 1) The business owner  caters to Scarlett Media’s needs to fulfil the production of all videos by way of information, staff, photographic stock, logos, motion graphics, fonts and 2) there are no extreme unusual weather conditions or unforeseeable events, the videos will be delivered at a negotiated date.

Delivery of Files

Once the video has been edited, we will conduct an hour consultation with you to review and make any changes. You will then have the videos delivered at 1080p and optimised for both resolution and size of file for best results for streaming and embedding for all platforms. 

Post Evaluation

After the videos have been advertised via various platforms online, we will be in contact to arrange a time to review how the videos are generating sales for you and your business.
